I am honored to have the opportunity to speak on MeeShach as a true pioneer of my community. He came to Delaware and has elevated our state with his impacts across the board. In media, education, black excellence, music, and in the lifestyle. We would not look the same without any of his contributions and that is why I am expressing my sentiments as a contributor to give this brother his flowers while he can smell them. I had the pleasure of meeting MeeShach at my karaoke event at Lounge at Eighth in Wilmington, and we had an amazing conversation that was the catalyst for our relationship.
Since then, I was not only impressed by his accolades, but I was encouraged to continue further in how I can leave a positive impact on my people as well. This is what drew me to offering him a spotlight in the infamous, and phenomenal, Boss XL Magazine. He is the epitome of black excellence, and as a former HBCU student, he is the voice that deserves to be heard while simultaneously never being capable of being mimicked.
A Bronx-born media personality, culture curator, and brand strategist, MeeShach “RadioShach” Stennett has become one of the most recognizable voices connecting audiences throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. The son of Jamaican parents, he carries his Caribbean heritage forward in the energy, music, and cultural fluency that define his work — a throughline that has shaped his approach to storytelling and community building alike.

A proud graduate of Delaware State University, RadioShach has built his reputation as a dynamic host, master of ceremonies, HBCU influencer, and marketing professional — someone who connects audiences through authentic experiences and meaningful conversation rather than a rehearsed script. He is the founder of Minds Brand Management and currently serves as Brand Strategist for Delaware State University's College of Agriculture, Science & Technology, a role that keeps him rooted in the HBCU community he has long championed.
Over the years, his voice and presence have anchored some of the region's most notable stages, including Reggae in the Park Delaware, the HBCU Week Awards Gala, the AllHipHop Cultural Summit, the DSU Scholarship Ball Red Carpet, the DSU Black Male Initiative, and the True Access Capital Annual Celebration. That range — moving comfortably between cultural festivals, black-tie galas, and community initiatives — has made him a trusted partner for corporations, nonprofits, educational institutions, and grassroots organizations alike.

A former Brand Ambassador for Delaware State University's College of Business and for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Delaware, RadioShach has long used his platform in service of others — inspiring, educating, and elevating the communities he serves. Whether he's behind a microphone, walking a red carpet, hosting a podcast, or developing brand strategy for a client, the mission stays the same: create meaningful connections that leave a lasting impact.
Known for his signature energy, professionalism, and cultural insight, MeeShach “RadioShach” Stennett continues to build bridges between brands, communities, and audiences — one conversation at a time.

MeeShach is a vital pillar that keeps hope flowing through our communities. He is an inspiration to generations and displays the kind of character the youth shall aspire to emulate. He has put a vast amount of effort into our neighborhoods that has left a mark on the place we call home for a lifetime. The sky is the limit for MeeShach and his storyline proves that you can become whoever you want to be through any circumstance in your path. This is my salute to MeeShach for setting the standard for entrepreneurship across the board for our conglomerate and myself included. Pray to God, work extremely hard, work extremely smart, and never doubt yourself long enough to give up or forget why you started.

Thankful for the opportunity to cover this hometown hero. This article is officially my first with a magazine. Honored for it to have been with such a prestigious organization as BossXL. Thank you to Mariah and thank you Carl!!
