Kenya Moore, Riele Downs & More at the Atlanta Screening of Lifetime's Abducted off the Street: The Carlesha Gaither Story

Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kandi Burress and many other celebs came out to support Kenya Moore at the premiere of Lifetime's "Abducted off the Street, The Carlesha Gaither Story" with fellow co-start Riele Downs, who plays Carlesha.

Based on a true story, Abducted off the Street: The Carlesha Gaither Story chronicles the abduction of a Philadelphia nurse’s aide at the hands of a homicidal predator, and reveals how she fought to survive and created a trail that would ultimately lead to her rescue.

Carlesha (Riele Downs, Bel Aire) was walking home from a family gathering when she is forced into a car at knifepoint. Determined to survive and outsmart her captor, Carlesha leaves clues behind at every opportunity.  Meanwhile, Carlesha’s mother, Keisha (Kenya Moore, Real Housewives of Atlanta) stops at nothing to find her, making an impassioned plea to the media and working alongside a committed detective to rescue her before it’s too late.

Abducted Off The Street: The Carlesha Gaither Story stars Riele Downs (Darby and the Dead, Henry Danger) as Carlesha Freeland-Gaither, Kenya Moore (The Real Housewives of Atlanta) as Keisha, Sam Asante (The Porter) as Delvin, Aiden Devine as Detective Darby, Diana Johnstone as Ana, Danny Waugh as Carl and Dylan Taylor as Officer Montgomery.

The film is produced by Cineflix Productions for Lifetime. Katie Boland directs from a script written by Amani Walker. Jeff Vanderwal, Sherri Rufh and J.C. Mills are the executive producers.
