Each woman shared invaluable insight into what it means to thrive and lead in media as a Black woman — balancing creativity, credibility, and community.

BossXL Magazine Represents with Shemariah Pradia

Among the distinguished panelists was Shemariah Pradia, Senior Editor of BossXL Magazine and CEO of Kept Consultants Public Relations. Pradia was invited to share her voice on the importance of partnership and collaboration in media — a question that sparked one of the evening’s most inspiring discussions.

“Collaboration isn’t just about sharing space — it’s about sharing purpose,” Pradia said. “When we work together, we amplify our stories and create opportunities that transform how Black women are represented across industries.”

Her words resonated deeply, reminding attendees that unity is not just a theme — it’s a necessity for progress and representation in media.

A Night of Empowerment, Health, and Harmony

The evening went beyond conversation — it became a celebration of empowerment, health, and creative excellence.

The event spotlighted women’s health advocacy through a powerful segment featuring Dr. John Lipman, a nationally recognized pioneer in women’s healthcare and uterine fibroid treatment. His message emphasized the importance of health awareness and holistic care in women’s overall success and sustainability.

Adding to the evening’s inspiration, live music and creative performances filled the space, showcasing Atlanta’s cultural heartbeat and its continued role as a hub for Black excellence and artistry.
