St. Thomas, USVI – Franklin D. Roosevelt Park came alive in waves of yellow and white as Fort Fête 2025 officially launched Carnival Week with a celebration that will be talked about for years to come.
Despite a light drizzle that briefly swept through the evening, the energy remained at full throttle. Attendees from across the Virgin Islands and beyond gathered under the Caribbean night sky, their spirits undampened, their outfits glowing with coordinated brilliance, and their hearts tuned to the rhythm of the fête.
From the very first beat, Fort Fête 2025 proved it was more than an event—it was an experience. The stage lit up with electrifying live performances from some of the most dynamic voices in Caribbean music. Trilla-G, Shelly, Reo, Jougo, Mic Love, Monéa, and Th3rd each delivered powerful sets, creating a musical crescendo that had the crowd jumping, waving, and singing in unison.
But the heartbeat of the night came from the DJ booth. Ricky Platinum, By Far Mega & Jr. Cruiza, Unstoppable Shax, Selecta Jeaucar, and DJ Malie masterfully kept the energy surging with back-to-back hits, seamlessly blending soca, dancehall, afrobeat, and local favorites that had the park pulsing with nonstop motion.

The ambiance was nothing short of magical. Palm trees swayed to the bass, the scent of local cuisine filled the air, and flags waved high above dancing heads. Fort Fête wasn’t just a concert—it was a cultural convergence, a reunion of people, music, and pride.
As the lights dimmed and the final notes rang out, one thing was clear: Fort Fête 2025 set the bar sky-high for Carnival Week. With unity, passion, and pure island vibes, it reminded everyone of the power of community and the joy of coming home.

Carnival has officially begun—and Fort Fête lit the flame.
