Kenny P has toured with DJ Unk, Lil Jon & The East Side Boyz, Chyna Whyte, Rich Homie Quan, Travis Porter, and Bone Crusher. He also contributed to the writing of DJ Unk's hit 'Walk It Out' and Shawty Lo's 'Dun Dunnit All.'
1. Long-Term Trajectory
My 5-year vision is to continue growing Kenny P into a nationally recognized entertainment brand while expanding CentRpiece Records and Heavenly Bodies Modeling Agency. I want to bridge music, television, modeling, and live entertainment. I have already appeared in productions like P-Valley Seasons 1 and 3, BMF Season 1, Tyler Perry's Madea Homecoming, and The Real Housewives of Atlanta. My goal is to use those opportunities to create bigger platforms for the artists and models I work with.
2. Milestone Tracking
I break my goals down into 90-day, 1-year, and 5-year plans. Every quarter I focus on increasing bookings, growing my audience, developing talent through Heavenly Bodies, and creating new content. Every year I evaluate my growth in music, television, touring, and business partnerships.
3. Core Brand Identity
My mission is to inspire people through perseverance and authenticity. I have spent years building relationships and creating opportunities in entertainment. What separates me is that I do not just focus on music - I focus on television, artist development, modeling, hosting, and entrepreneurship while staying connected to Atlanta culture.
4. Revenue Diversification
My strongest revenue streams come from hosting events, appearances, entertainment consulting, television opportunities, artist development, and brand partnerships. Music is still a major focus, but I believe in having multiple streams of income.
5. Asset Ownership
Ownership is extremely important to me. I focus on maintaining control of my intellectual property, building ownership in my content, and creating assets that continue generating revenue long after they are released.
6. Financial KPIs
I track revenue growth, booking volume, audience growth, social media engagement, sponsorship opportunities, streaming performance, and overall brand value.
7. Cross-Media Synergy
Everything works together. My television appearances bring attention to my music and businesses. My music creates opportunities for television and live events. My modeling agency, Heavenly Bodies, allows me to develop talent and create additional opportunities across multiple industries.
8. Distribution Strategies
I use Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, streaming platforms, and television exposure to reach audiences. Consistency and engagement are key to building a loyal fan base.
9. Production Scalability
I rely on a growing team and strategic partnerships. As opportunities increase, I focus on delegation so I can continue developing talent, creating content, and expanding my businesses.
10. Roster Acquisition
I look for talent, work ethic, personality, professionalism, and marketability. Skills can be developed, but dedication and consistency are qualities that cannot be taught.
11. Deal Structures
I prefer partnerships where everyone wins. Flexibility and transparency are important because every artist's situation is different. I believe in structuring deals that create value while protecting everyone's long-term
growth.
12. Scaling the Label
The biggest challenges are access to capital, larger marketing budgets, and expanding industry relationships. Those are areas I am actively working to strengthen as CentRpiece Records continues to grow.
13. Audience Engagement
I have always stayed connected to the people. Whether it is social media, hosting events, television appearances, or community involvement, I make it a priority to engage directly with my audience.
14. Time & Resource Allocation
I divide my time between content creation, television opportunities, artist development, event hosting, business management, and networking. Staying organized and focused is essential.
15. Market Adaptation
I embrace digital content, social media, streaming platforms, and emerging technologies while remaining authentic to who I am and where I come from.
16. Legal & Administrative
I am continuously improving the systems around my business, including contracts, royalty tracking, publishing administration, and intellectual property management.
17. Team Delegation
My team includes managers, promoters, creatives, attorneys, and business partners. As I continue to grow, I plan to expand in areas like marketing, public relations, sponsorship development, and content production.
