It’s still there The stench of racism Is thick in the air You can feel it Some of us protest Others will kneel it

But I wonder if we can heal it They spent a lot of years Trying to conceal it

Hiding behind words like Equality and affirmative action Yet killing us in an unapologetic And blatantly disrespectful fashion Eight minutes doesn’t seem long Until you witness it happening I’m starting to feel like our entire existence Is a has been Washed up like last season To be black is a good enough reason To kill a nigga today
